"'Follow Your Heart' is my first studio production since 'Found Love' in 2005. It is a song Josh and I started before he went to work on his solo career. I was inspired to write these lyrics as I was thinking of what should I do now, while my partner pursued his solo dreams and aspirations, and the answer came to me to 'follow my heart'".
