Favourite Defected track – MAW 'To Be In Love''. A classic song, a classic production - timeless, and one of my all time favourite records. Favourite Strictly Rhythm track – Sole Fusion 'Basstone' Bangin beats and a killer bassline – great record to move from the hard stuff to soulful or vice versa.

How has music changed you?

I don’t think it’s changed me, it’s part of me and who I am and always has been... But music can definitely change your mood, help with training, waking up etc etc...

One piece of advice for someone starting out in the industry?

try and be yourself, it’s fine to take influence from others – but make sure you have your own unique vibe, and try and have something to offer that others don’t!
