The Red Bull Music Academy has announced that their next event will be held in New York.

The travelling music school-cum-talent incubator will hole up in the Big Apple this autumn, with guest lectures and parties happening from September 30 to November 2.

This year's will be the 15th event, with applications open from February 2, closing again on April 2.

Previous RBMAs have taken place in far flung cities including Berlin, Melbourne, Madrid, Cape Town, Rome, Seattle, Toronto and Barcelona, as well as London.
