Techno kingpin Chris Liebing has been lined up to help Slam celebrate the 13th anniversary of its cult club night Pressure.
Pressure, based at pivotal Glaswegian club The Arches, is today a prominent fixture in the global clubbing scene. Its latest birthday bash, on November 25, also welcomes tech popster Vitalic (performing live), Radio Slave, Sebo K and Brit techno stalwarts The Black Dog and Surgeon; not forgetting Slam of course.
Slam’s Stuart McMillan and Orde Meikle have been running nights at The Arches as far back as 1992; and in Glasgow since the late 1980s, including their original Slam parties at the now defunct Tin Pan Alley club and Atlantic events at The Sub Club.
