Irrepressible clubland force Deadmau5 has confirmed that his new, eagerly anticipated studio album will drop next month.

4X4=12 follows less than a year after Deadmau5’s last album For Lack Of A Better Name and promises much of the trademark ‘big room’ sound for which he is best known. Indeed, some of the 11 tracks on 4X4=12 have been heard by followers in recent months – either as part of the artist’s popular live show (Raise Your Weapons for example) or release schedule for label Mau5trap Recordings (namely I Said and Some Chords.)

Deadmau5 – real name Joel Zimmerman – will promote the album (released by Virgin on December 6) with a series of UK dates running between December 8 and 17 and taking in cities such as Leeds and Manchester.
