LCD Soundsystem's new album will drop on May 17.

Though untitled so far, the set is supposedly the last from feted New York producer and DFA Records founder James Murphy.

Talking about the album, he said rather cryptically: 'There's a little more guitar, there's more synth on it. There's maybe more melodies.'
