Juan Atkins' Model 500 project is to return to the R&S label.

Sometimes boasting a line up that has historically included Underground Resistance types 'Mad' Mike Banks and Mark Taylor, this release has been crafted by Atkins alone.

The EP release features two tracks, Control, an electro techno groove, and The Messenger, a moodier techno affair.

No news whether there will be future releases from Atkins in the newly invigorated label, which has since its renaissance boasted tracks from James Blake, Space Dimension Controller, Blawan, Pariah and Untold.
