Popular German DJ Lawrence – AKA Peter M Kersten – will release a mix compilation based around his trademark deep house sound on the Cocoon imprint next month.

Timeless, Lawrence’s first fully-fledged mix album blends deep house gems by Isolee, Chez Damier, Ron Trent and Stacey Pullen alongside cuts from local Hamburg peers such as RVDS and Christopher Rau; not to mention himself. There are further contributions from Robert Hood and Roman Flugel.

Lawrence is largely associated with cult Hamburg label Dial, which he set up in 2000 alongside DJ flatmate Carsten Jost.

Timeless is released August 22.
