Gallic house maestro Laurent Garnier is planning to take his new LBS group on the road ahead of the Christmas holidays.

LBS, or Live Booth Sessions, or Loud Bass & Samples – the sum total of Laurent, Benjamin Rippert and Stephane Dri – promises a return to Garnier and co.’s earliest and rawest club roots. Garnier will handle turntables and ‘black boxes’, whilst Rippert plays keys and Dri handles further electronic instrumentation.

Garnier claims the idea for LBC came about whilst touring the festival circuit earlier this year. His new DJ-live fusion set-up promises shows on November 12 (Brighton,) November 13 (Sankeys, Manchester,) November 18 (Frankfurt,) November 19 (Berlin,) November 20 (Leipzig,) December 3 (Village Underground, London,) December 4 (Amsterdam,) and December 18 (Brussels.)
