Germany’s legendary jazzed-out collective Jazzanova will release a remix album in January, presenting new club-angled takes on their most recent stretch of discography by key industry peers.

Remixers include Ame, Henrik Schwarz, Atjazz, Motor City Drum Ensemble and Mr Scruff; Jazzanova’s own Alex Barck also gets involved, revamping Little Bird, whilst teaming up with Alexa Voss and Stefan Ulrich to update Lie and Lucky Girl.

The new project, Upsidedown (A Collection Of Remixed Jazzanova Tracks) arrives on Jazzanova’s own imprint Sonar Kollectiv on January 30, 2012.
