Whether or not someone had let Eddie Amador in on this little secret we can only speculate, but the impact that his debut single made on the world of house cannot be disputed.  ‘House Music’  - released on Deep Dishes’ Yoshitoshi Recordings back in 1997 – went on to become one of the most referenced, sampled and loved anthems of the genre, and remains one of the most important dance records of its day.
