Atmospheric four-to-the-floor meister Ed Davenport is due to release debut album Counterchange this spring, an album angled at both club and lounge.

The main thrust is still moody, spacey house and techno but there’s also room for breakbeat as typified by track More Red Light, originally released as an EP last year, albeit in a different format.

Countercharge is due out March 19 on NRK Music.
