French housey types dOP will release their first full-length album this autumn.

Confidently titled Greatest Hits, the album features a slew of brand new tracks; only two have been previously released. dOP promises a fruity, trademark blend of electronic house grooves and live, jazzy instruments. Some of the more unusual instrumentals on display include Chinese flute, the Cuica drum and melodica (or ‘blow organ’.)

French producer Seuil and radical Canadian funk fusionist Guillaume & The Coutu Dumonts are special guests; the CD and digital release, October 4 via Circus Company, will be flanked by a number of vinyl packages featuring remixes of key tracks by Ame and DJ Koze, among others.
