Manchester club nights Content and Development are ‘buddying’ up to promote a one-off superstar house party next month, under the banner Chicago:New York:Detroit.

Taking place at neighbouring clubs Sound Control and The Attic on August 27, the huge bash promises to capture the essence of what put US cities Chicago, New York and Detroit so firmly on the clubland map back in the day.

Chicago will be represented by Robert Owens and fast-rising, acid bass-loving producer Tevo Howard; Detroit guests include Stacey Pullen and Rolando, whilst Danny Krivit and Shelter don Timmy Regisford fly the Big Apple flag.

Tickets are already on sale but, in all likelihood, not for long. Surely not one to miss….
