Mixtape don DJ Yoda is next in line to release a mix in the Fabriclive series. Fabriclive 39 is due out on April 14, and as you might expect is a sprawlingly eclectic mix. 'Irony pisses me off in music,' he says. 'None of the stuff I do is ironic - it annoys me when people say I'm trying to be ironic. I have simple rule: if I love a song, I'll play it. I'm just playing the music that I honestly love. It really is as simple as that.' Featuring on the album are tracks from Ice Cube, Salt N Pepa, Run-DMC, Minnie Ripperton, The Coral, Adam F, Wiley, Violent Femmes and the Chemical Brothers.
