With the follow-up to last year's huge 'I Believe', Yass returns with this deep track which still manages to keep that little bit of soul that we all know and love from Purple Music. With a sound not to distant from recent Copyright productions, 'He Reigns' is the type of tune that you really can’t get out of your head once it's lodged in there. With organ stabs, deep bass, an excellent male vocal and backing choir, this is sure to go down a storm when the vibe gets a little darker, sometime around the 4am mark. There is also a Dub mix which caters for the more electro-style floors. Another hot release from Purple, with doubtless plenty more to come in 2007. (CS)
