Park Street feat. Diana Waite – Pressure (Double Shock Records)

Headlines
Park Street are ones to watch in 2007, with this release on Double Shock, another forthcoming on Reelgroove and some shit hot remixes in tow. 'Pressure' is all-round soulful goodness. The original version contains all the funky elements necessary, including some really nice beats and a rather wet bassline. Andy Ward of Soul Central twiddles the knobs on the first of the remixes, and does a grand job turning it into a track that oozes soul. Both the original and Andy Ward mixes contain an amazing sax section which will guarantee some lower body movement out on the floor. Followers and fans of Richard Earnshaw will be pleased to know the man himself has also added a bit of magic to the mix, with a classic-style remix featuring more filtered keys and some seriously funky brass sounds. Finally, Elektro-Organic have added their trademark funky sound for the last remix in the package. (CS)
