The long-awaited follow up to Hanna’s previous outing with Defected, Rosa Nova, has arrived. Ta Riene is a beautiful, deep track with a dreamy French-spoken vocal. Two mixes to catch your attention here are from Jamie Lewis, who provides the belting Monster Phunk mix, and a more soulful vibe on his Late Night mix. DJ Pierre takes us on a darker journey with very effective organ sounds and all manner of swooshes and swirls, making his version one for the more discerning floors. Finally Mikael Delta goes for a skippy, almost jacking sound with his Brazilian Breaks mix. A very nice track with plenty of mixes to choose from. (CS)
