The original and best producer competition has been in full flow for two weeks now, so we thought it was time to give you a little update on its progress, as well as pick out some of our favourite entries so far.

We’ve had a fantastic response to the competition, with more than 350 of you joining the Soundcloud group in order to submit your tracks. There’s been a massive range of music put forward, from deep house vibes to bangin’ electro and everything in between. There’s even been a touch of drum ‘n’ bass and dubstep submitted – all very enjoyable, but please bear in mind that we’re a house music label, and we’re unlikely to be deviating from that path anytime soon!

Anyway, here are a few of our favourites. It’s not a definitive list by any means, but it’s just a few tracks that have caught our attention over the last couple of weeks.
