Minas Hailu from Switerzland was the lucky winner of our Opening Party competition - which saw more than 3,000 of trying to get flown out to Ibiza, bask in the sun at the Defected Villa, chill by the sea at Cafe Mambo and party the night away at Pacha. Sadly, there could be only one winner, but happily we're running another competition - this time to win all of the above except this time for the season closing party on the 26th of September.

"My weekend with the Defected crew was simply awsome. I had the chance to chill at the superb Defected villa with a kick ass crew. I got to hang out by the pool with the drum warrior himself Shovell, I got to see Simon Dunmores skills on the grill, and tasted some great cooking. I got to know better some of the members of the label that makes it all happen and the hard work they put in behind the scenes. They are great people to chat and hang out with. That is why I would to give a "big up" to Simon, Shovell, Nick, Greg, Caroline, Georgia, Dan, Toby, Rob, Will, Miss Sam Divine, Bex, Adi and James I hope I didnt forget anyone!
"One of the best moments was when we were at the Cafe Mambo enjoying a great set from Simon and watching the sun set, I had a chance to share that moment with my girlfriend. The other "groopie" moment I had was when I saw Maxi Jazz about 3 feet away from me, I was bascally next to a living legend.
"Of course the famous Pacha club, is to me the best club I ever seen until this day. The opening party was amazing, the pacha was packed, the music was bumping, can't find the words to describe this moment."
