Bob Sinclar has teamed up with the Amnesia brand - first introduced in Cap d’Agde, France in the mid-80s - to launch a cutting-edge new venue in South Beach, Miami, with Defected In The House joining the party in the opening week.
The Amnesia brand was first introduced in the mid-80s by Andre Boudou, with the first club launching in Cap d’Agde, France in 1984. The club rapidly flourished as one of the finest clubbing establishments in the country, prompting Boudou alongside his son Gregory to expand Amnesia’s presence overseas, forming Amnesia Miami in 1993 which in turn became a highly influential part of Miami’s clubbing landscape for the next five years. Now, in partnership with legendary DJ and Grammy nominated artist Bob Sinclar, the newly transformed Amnesia has returned.
Opening its doors on October 21st, the new venue is one of the most state-of-the-art clubbing establishments on the planet, with over 26,000 square feet of multi-levelled space, the latest technology at every turn and a full Funktion One soundsystem.
As you would imagine from a Miami venue, those seeking luxury are also heavily catered for, with 70 VIP tables and two excluisve private VIP areas. Amnesia also boasts a custom-designed recording studio underneath the stage, made available to the performing artists before or after their shows.
Defected In The House are joining the party on October 29th, with Bob Sinclar himself headlining and support provided by ATFC.
